Dr. Gamani Corea Awards for Economists, 2023

1. Objectives:

As the premier professional body of economists, Sri Lanka Economic Association is pleased to announce the introduction of the Dr. Gamani Corea Annual Research Awards for  Economists,2023 annually to promote research culture and raise the excellence in economic research in Sri Lanka. The objective is to encourage and nurture young economists to engage in high-quality research, who will stand ready to provide leadership in future economic research, and policy advice, and take over the responsibilities of key positions in Sri Lanka and overseas.

3. Scope of Research Papers:

Unpublished papers on any topic in economics only
