9. Review and Selection of Awardees:

The Council of the SLEA shall appoint 5 members panel consisting of senior economists from among members of the SLEA to review the papers. The selections shall be based on a marking scheme approved by the Research Committee and the Council of the SLEA.

10. Publication of Papers:

All awardees will be invited to present their papers at the SLEA Annual Conference and the best three research papers selected for the awards shall be published in the Sri Lanka Economic Journal.
